'Son of a Sweeper' is a documentary about the struggles faced by the lowest class of people in India, the scavengers and sweepers that clean India's streets. Vimal Kumar, a man that came from a family of sweepers, tells his story about creating reform for the community and ending the discrimination they suffer from. To better show where the documentary takes place, I was hired to create an animated travel sequence on a map. The map shown was illustrated in Photoshop and then animated in After Effects.
